Our Building Process

The construction of your home is managed by a dedicated staff handling all facets of construction. We handpick each subcontractor to ensure both quality and efficient construction throughout the entire building phase. The relationship formed with your site superintendent will last for years to come. We love to share the excitement with our customers as their home nears completion. Once the finishes begin to be installed, and the look of the house takes shape, we take pride in the part we played that make your dreams become reality.

Once the home is complete, you and your superintendent will conduct a thorough inspection of the home. Prior to your move-in, Hogar will complete any necessary punch list items. You can rest assured that should you find an item in need of attention after move-in, Hogar is there to attend to it.
