Hogar Builders, LLC Building Process

Step 1 – Initial Meeting:

The process of building your custom home begins with a meeting between you and Hogar Builders. This meeting allows you to discover our extensive knowledge in building in a variety of locations and price points. It also allows us to discover your dreams, cost parameters, and needs, which will provide a starting point for moving forward.

Whether you prefer an acreage lot providing the peace and quiet of the countryside, or desire a home site in the pulse of the city right in the middle of all the action, Hogar Builders will help you select that perfect lot. Hogar does not limit its services to our own inventory of lots. We are also happy to build your dream home on property you might already own.

With your home site selected, the next step is to decide whether to customize an existing plan from our library or design a new plan that incorporates the features you desire. About a week after you sit down with our design consultant, you will have a rough-draft of your new home. We will then fine tune your plan to ensure that you are very pleased with the final product.

With your finished design in hand, your next step is to sit down with our decorating professionals. Our professionals will guide you through the process of coordinating the many finishes to reflect your tastes and to make your dream home a reality. The selections you make are only limited by your budget and imagination.
